We went to Yutaka this year for the welcome party for the 3rd-year students who at the end of the party gave roses to their seniors. Not all students are back from their study-abroad programs, but it was a big party.

Matriculation Ceremony 2016
We welcomed more than 1600 new students to JIU on Saturday, April 2. It was a special ceremony that included the establishment of the new Department of Physical Therapy. We were also honoured to have the presence of the Crown Prince and the Crown Princess of Perlis in Malaysia. His Royal Highness gave a speech during the ceremony and also planted some trees on campus. The weather wasn't very good but at least it didn't rain. I cannot upload photos of the guests, but here is a photo where you can kind of see our mascot flying the cloudy sky.
Surprise (Sho & Yuto)
Two unexpected gentlemen showed up in my office coincidentally around the same time. It's good to see former students walking their paths and looking so good.
Happy Easter!
