Greetings from Riverside, California. We are here to celebrate IEP's 40th anniversary. More than 3,000 Josai and Josai International University students have studied here at UCR the past 30 years. We are very fortunate and honored to be participating in the celebrations tomorrow. The UCR Medallion was bestowed upon Chancellor Mizuta today.
